A Dedicated Lash Factory Built for Quality and Scale
BabeEyelash was founded in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam in 2015. We started as a small handcraft studio supplying domestic salons, and have grown into a dedicated export factory serving clients in 30+ countries.
Unlike resellers and trading companies, we own our production floor. Our 50+ artisans craft every extension and fan by hand using premium Korean PBT fiber, inspected at every stage before packing.

OUR PROCESS
How Every Lash Is Made: Our 6-Step Handcraft Process
Fiber Selection and Sorting
Premium Korean PBT fiber is received, batch-tested for curl retention and softness, and sorted by thickness before production begins.
Curl Setting
Each fiber is set to the specified curl (B, C, CC, D, L, L+, M) using calibrated heat-forming equipment and held to set the memory.
Handcrafting by Artisans
Trained artisans hand-lay each lash row onto adhesive strips, maintaining consistent spacing and alignment across all 8-16 rows per tray.
Fan Assembly (Volume Orders)
For pre-made volume fans, artisans hand-craft each fan individually — pointy-base or flat-base — at the specified diameter and fan count.
Quality Control Inspection
Every tray passes through 3-point inspection: curl angle check, lash count verification, and visual adhesive quality review before moving to packing.
Packing and Dispatch
Approved trays are labeled, packaged to prevent tray damage in transit, and prepared for express or standard shipping worldwide.
