Do I need a professional designer to order custom packaging?
No. Our in-house design team handles the layout based on your brand brief. You need to provide your logo file, brand colors, and any text you want on the packaging. If your logo is only available in low-resolution JPEG, we can advise on how to get a vector version made.
What file format do I need for my logo?
Vector format is preferred: AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF. Vector files scale to any size without quality loss, which is essential for print production. If you only have a PNG or JPEG, contact us and we will advise on options.
Can I see a mockup before I commit to production?
Yes. We produce a 3D digital mockup of your packaging before any production begins. You review the mockup and can request as many changes as needed until you are satisfied. Production only starts after your written approval.
Can I order packaging and lash extensions in the same order?
Yes. Most of our private label clients order lash extension trays and custom packaging together. We can coordinate production and ship everything in a single shipment to reduce shipping costs.
What happens if I want to reorder the same design?
Reorders are straightforward. Your approved print files are saved in our system. Reorder lead time is typically 10-15 business days production plus shipping, with no additional design or setup fees.
